The City of Gaithersburg is joining with the Kentlands Community Foundation to present a lecture series on new urbanism. Kentlands was among the first neighborhoods in the country to embrace this innovative concept when it was built more than 25 years ago. Mr. Hall’s visit to Kentlands is a partnership between the City of Gaithersburg and The Kentlands Community Foundation.Richard A. Hall, President of Hall Planning & Engineering, Inc.
